TVR hire

There was a firm outside Bristol (Temple Cloud I think) that rented TVRs and things and used the domain sportscarhireuk.co.uk
Web site doesn't work so does anyone know if they are still in business?

There always use to be a TVR parked in Temple Cloud on the side of the road but there has not been one/ I haven't seen one for probably 18 months or more.I seem to remember Tuan ( GI Jnr )use to hire out his cars but the cost of insurance became so prohibitive that he stopped doing it.Perhaps the one in TC has gone the same way.There is a place that advertises in EVO if you are looking to hire one.

Thanks Scorcher. Which company do you think hire Chims? The only place I found in EVO is TVRhire but they don't have a Chim just the newer more exotic models. In fact that seems to be the problem - bespokes will do a 350 or a Sagaris but not a lowly Chim.
Any more ideas?

If you wanted a Chim for a weekend couldn't you blag one for an extended test drive.Other than that I'm at a loss.Worth ringing around a couple of dealers ?.Someone might be glad of the extra revenue.After all TVR Sales aren't exactly booming.
