I have posted in the trackday forum, but there's only a bit of interest and I wondered if anyone local was going

If VMax is anything to go by, Bill won't give a stuff, he'll just be lapping constantly, understeering all over shop, laughing his head off...

unless of course, he's taking the Caterham, in which he be doing the opposite, laughing his head off

or, even wierder, taking the landy, in which he'll probably just bounce about a bit, and then get bored and drive up all the grassy knolls, laughing his head off.

I'm hoping the lack of commentry and excitment from Bill isn't due to any misfortune.

The SWers seem to be having a real hard time with accidents at the moment (pete keeps crashing his bike trying to keep up with me )

In another related story, I've been paid in full for the damage to the Golf, and it's off to the bodyshop next week

Just got to get it through it's MOT - flipping ABS has just packed up

I might get the payout for the Audi by the end of the month (century?) so hopefully that'll draw an end to you lot trying to better my efforts.

It was a cracking day marred only slightly by 3 of the 24 Caterhams present going home on trailers Thankfully I wasn't one of them.

It has convinced me to sell the Caterham though.










So I can buy a race spec one for next season

Nope, most i could get out of them was £3000. So with the excess we'll get £2650. It's probably worth about £3650 in a private sale. It'll be pretty much bang on 3 months after the accident when we get paid.

Is or was? Do you know where the carcass is going? I could use some coil packs and power stages...

No idea where it is at the moment, but it's been stored in swindon so if AllAudi are paying attention then it'll end up there. No 4 coil pack is about 500 miles old as is the TCI unit for the rear 3 coils. I imagine the rest of them are in similar condition to yours.
