I live in Kenton so hopefully I'll stagger down there on the Sunday for a squint one of the best things is sitting in the pub beer garden in the village on the following Monday lunchtime and watching the cars leave the show, some excellent beasts.
Hopefully I should be wearing a PH t-shirt so come and say hi!

Couldn't manage to turn up at Saltash for your meet, combined with a charity event - not one of you. Shame on you.
Why not try getting your facts straight before you attempt to slag off fellow PH'ers.
The TVRCC D&C Region meets on the third SUNDAY of each month.
The event that you refer to was on a SATURDAY.
It was not a TVRCC D&C meeting, but an event in the Region to which TVRCC members were invited by another TVRCC member.
Some members chose to attend, some did not.
It's called freedom of choice!

Actually, I'm slagging the self import knobs who call themselves the Devon and Cornwall TVRCC. I know when they meet up for ice cream and cream teas, I avoid the unfriendly bunch of two faced plonkers as much as possible. This event was adopted by the region as their monthly official meet. Don't believe me? Read last month's Sprint (you are a member , right?). They also promised to support the charity, but in the end didn't, or at least haven't so far. Another freedom of choice then?
Fact is, a lot of pathetic excuses were made and promises broken. As it happens ten TVRs turned up and not one of the monthly 'regulars'. Were you actually there?
Shame on them.
I suggest you get your facts right before you cast aspertions

nice, i will definitely have to hunt you guys out to have a chat.
Chris, please come along, deputy chairman's coming so should be a good turn out
are you guys having any cars "on show", or are you just going as a social group? how might i be able to recognise you lot?
basically i just need to talk to some owners to assess whether i am completely crazy in my aspirations of having a cheap vixen as a second car, and what to look out for etc...

Glad to see the D+C TVRCC are making all members welcome as usual. At least I can make my point without resorting to personal abuse.
I think perhaps you should check what your own RO said to the organiser of said event before you take the moral high ground John.
