Can anybody tell me where I can find a decent motor factor in Bristol? Preferable south bristol. I need a couple of parts for my car, I don't want to pay main dealer prices and I'm not going to debase myself by going to halfrauds for them.

Any help most appreciated!

Kingswood Autoparts used to be pretty good, and Carquip (?) in Keynsham are the place my mate uses for all his works stuff.

However, a lot of manufacturers have cut the prices on stuff that factors also do, just double check you couldnt get the same stuff from the main dealer at a similar price.

I'll second Carquip in Keynsham. Always have in stock (or can get quickly) anything I've ever needed.

Millard Auto Supplies on Gloucester Road used to be pretty good - haven't been there for a couple of years though. Further out, Autocare in Frome is the best car shop in the world (IMO) - I live near Radstock but would quite happily drive 10 miles to Autocare and avoid our local motor factors
