Roadworks - A38

I was in Torquay a couple of weekends ago and caught something on the news about major roadworks between Exeter and Plymouth. I have to travel down to Plymouth this Thursday. Anyone got any details?

Major resurfacing on the A38 'Devon Expressway' for the best part of 6 months, down near Buckfastleigh. Causes some lengthy delays during busy periods, but can be ok if you pick your time right. There really are very few alternatives though!

This is only what I see/hear on the local news as I rarely go down there. I'm sure someone will be on in a minute who uses it regularly.
