Cool/memorable meeting/event venue

I need to organise a get together for about 20-25 people early next year, and I am looking for something memorable - would ideally offer sit down food and drinks.

Anywhere in the S/W is fine as we will travel and stay overnight, from Cornwall to Glastonbury and everything between.

Think:

Rooftop bar with city views

Cave/wine cellar

Beachfront venue

Brewery

Any thoughts?

Thats for a flight experience company, cant see they have a venue there for a meeting with drinks and dinner?

Aero Legends fly out of Compton Abbas airfield a few weekends each year, but the airfield itself has a resultant and bar plus outdoor facilities weather permitting and is owned by Guy Ritchie. I can recommend it as a venue as I’ve flown from there and have eaten and drunk there.
