Hats off to their discretion! Got pulled at J24 S'bound at 9 am yesterday for doing 'between 85 and 90' by Merc Estate - all they gave me was a No. Plate rectification form due to a bolt being in the wrong place! Had a joke with them it was a crap plate anyway! No points or fine (just as well as pick up my 'new' Griff 500 at week-end and getting insurance quotes today! Very grateful that I passed the 'attitude test'!.
Wasn't you Silverback was it?

Blue Mondeo - P11JJL (bolt in the middle of 11 was the problem but will change plate as I'm selling the car).

You must have a sticker too, for added authenticity.
