It seems you were using the HOV (high occupancy vehicle i.e. 2+ people) lane on the A370 by Long Ashton heading into Bristol recently, with only 1 person in the car! (Or so my sources tell me) ;)

It was during the rush hour, since the guys that monitor the lane only do it during rush hour (7-9.30?).
