Can't help much, but can vouch for Steve Bull in Wiltshire, and Porschtech in Bristol - both very good.

I'll second the recommendation for Crispin Manners. He's very good, frank & honest, friendly and accomodating.
He isn't cheap though but you probably weren't expecting that anyway. Less than half the hourly rate of the Porsche garage if I remember correctly.
