Looking for welder local to Southampton for quick job

If anyone's out of work at the moment hopefully this gets in front of your eyes. I just need a bung welded onto a stainless downpipe. Downpipe is off the car and clean.

Anyone interested or know anyone that would be, before I head to a garage? Let me know your cost and location.
