Wondered if anyone else was going to Wilton next month, its a Best Of British theme, but its always a great day out especially if the weather plays ball! All proceeds go to Salisbury District Hospital 'STARS' which is equipment and treatment to treat children with cancer.

There are 4 of us going from Weston-s-Mare (3 VX220's and an Alfa 4C) so anyone else is welcome to join, kicks off at 8am although better to get there earlier ideally, shout up if you want to tie up and travel over.

Hoping to get going early doors, leave Weston at 6.30, convoy to Wedmore to pickup another, then across to Shepton Mallet to collect another before travelling across to Frome and picking up A36.

The more the merrier!

Been looking at the map and, assuming you are taking the 361 from Frome, there's a layby on the A36 just after the Bell on Rudge Rd. and before the railway bridge and junction with Marsh Rd. I could be there -what time?

Just looked at map, we were going to turn onto A362 towards Longleat and then pick up the A36 just beyond Centre Parcs roundabout, it looked to cut off a corner??

After you get on the A36 after Longleat there is a large layby (approx 1 mile) where you can meet up with others smile

Great morning run out, nice to meet you chaps. It all seemed to be over so quickly and when I asked the lady what time those ‘inside’ arrived she told me 6.45 they started arriving - that’s quite keen in anyone’s book!

Will organise another one fairly soon thumbup

And my passenger on the way home........
