Handyman Recommendations, Cheltenham Area

Currently looking for a good handyman who can sort a few things around my house- notably re-puttying some of the side windows and a bit of exterior painting. I have, or had, a good one I've previously used for plastering and some other internal work but I've not been able to get in contact with him unfortunately. Anyone got any recommendations?

Neighbour of mine does this sort of thing. I've no experience of his work though!
