Recommend retailer/valeted for a new car.

Hi,
I picked up a brand new car last month and when I picked it up, the finish wasn’t great and had swirls in it. I didn’t play up as I know that most garages are average at best preparing new cars and thought they would just wash out.
Well, with the hot and dry weather, the car hasn’t really got dirty so it had its first clean today but the swirls on the bonnet and some doors are still there.
Not sure if they polished it with a dirty cloth (or more likely) machine polished it badly but I need to get the swirls out.
The car is going to be used and abused by doing 30k a year for the next 5 years so I am not looking for a ‘Classic Car’ service or minter preparation. I just want the swirls out to give me a higher base level of shine that it currently has.
I know I could go back to the dealer and complain but in all honesty, even if they tried to rectify it, I’m not sure I trust main dealers.
I think I’d rather pay somebody who cleans cars for living and knows what they are doing instead and get it done correctly.
I’m based in Tetbury so any recommendations in Bristol, Swindon, Gloucester area (or mobile) would be welcome. Also, any idea on likely costs?

PS - car is an Atlantic Blue VW Passat it if makes any difference.
