I’ve put down a deposit on a new van and will be punting the existing one to we buy any van, the van could do with a basic machine polish to make it look it’s absolutely the best it can, it’s in great nick apart from the near side from bushes scraping it in country lanes, can anyone recommend someone local to cheltenham/glos?, really not needing a complete detail/claying etc...

TIA, marc.

If you plan on machine polishing it, it will need claying, de-taring and what not.

If you just get the main panels done (and NOT the roof) then around £250-300 would be the going rate for a day spent on it.

Add £150 if you want a ceramic coating and add about £400 if you want a more in depth detail (IE more swirls / marks removed) and a ceramic coating.

Yeah, not worth it, they’ll knock off max £250 for a few scratches.

Marc, just pay the local Tesco's for the top hand wash they do including wax etc. I did that recently with a mini and I was amazed with the results when it was traded in.

Or if you want me to get the polishing machine on it for a quick once over I'd do it for a nominal fee mate smile
