Bathroom fitter or tiler in Bristol (urgent)
Discussion
I have been let down by a bathroom fitter, who stripped out my old bathroom and then buggered off. I urgently need someone who can finish the job, or at least get the tiling done so I can finish the rest. The tiles are 60x60 porcelain, so a bit beyond my abilities.
Does anyone know anyone who is reliable, skilled and available at short notice?
Cheers,
Edward

Hi Edward,
Getting a good one at short notice will be your problem, most are booked up, however a couple to try;
Paul Lindo, (contact Tileflair at Cribbs to obtain his number) Did our bathroom last year immaculate job with large format tiles
Paul McQuaid http://berkeleytiler.com
I used to work for Tileflair and know these guys will do a quality job.

He's an excellent tiler and is exceptionally good at mosaics, of all things. I was speaking to him on Thursday and he's unusually quiet right now so should be able to help.
Probably not going to be the cheapest but if you want high quality.

Just lifted a few boards to get the floor nice and straight and discovered this left by the last fitter I had in. It seems I may need a plumber after all:

The waste pipe from the shower is running uphill where it is pushed by the water feed, pipes are crossing over and resting on each other putting stress on the connections. Am I overreacting or is this not fit for purpose?
If anyone knows someone who can help me, please let me know.

Jesus christ. You do not want that beneath your bathroom floor.https://www.dropbox.com/sh/56u8fsjff11b5kk/AACJu2z...

Who did you use in the end, ethomas, and would you recommend? We need a bathroom and en-suite doing, based in Long Ashton. Paul Bull Mosaics looks like a real craftsman but what we need doing might be a bit basic / small for him.
His pricing is about normal, he just happens to have excellent experience. Give him a shotGassing Station | South West | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
