M&E Engineer Required

I'm looking for an M&E engineer to join a project for a commercial build in Bristol. Architect, QS and SE are already appointed. The M&E is not a complicated brief, I have had fee quotes from various large practices which are unrealistic for the scope of work involved. I feel that what I really need is an independent person or small practice to provide the expertise that is required at a reasonable fee. If this is your line of work or if you can recommend someone I would be grateful to hear.
