Generally powder coating can give a slightly dull effect - it depends what finish you are after??
If it's a repair/repaint you are after I can do a complete wheel refresh in the colour of your choice for £150 all in, that's the wheels stripped, refinished then rebuilt, balanced etc.
24 hr turnaround.

Do you turn them up on a lathe and refinish them to factory spec? If so I can let you do my car ASAP?
They are not turned up but a proprieter of a local bodyshop who is also a client of mine has the correct compound kits for alloy wheel repair, they are then painted/low baked in 2 pack paint.
A friend of mine had a set of AMGs done last week and they looked superb.
It's not something I am promoting just something we can do to help a PHer.

What's the deal with these compounds? My worry with turning the wheel is that it takes off an awful lot of metal to remove deep gouges, and my worry with compounds is that they are basically just filler which will fall out in a short period of time. This is a car I intend to keep. What do you recommend, honestly?
