Puncture repair North Devon

Bit of an emergency, I'm on holiday in Barnstaple and just discovered a small piece of metal in my tyre.

God knows how long it's been in there and it hasn't caused any problems yet but I'd like to get it sorted. It's in the centre of the tread and should be repairable, if I was at home I know a place that would do it.

Anyone know of anywhere in the North Devon area that would repair a run flat?
