Hi All

With the sporadic but increasing instances of dry, sometimes actually sunny, but still chilly days recently, I'm sure like me you're all both eager to get your garage queens out for a blast, but concerned about chassis rotting salt on the road.

Or maybe it's just me...? Anyway...

Not sure if you're aware, but there's a twitter feed from Somerset Highways that updates daily on salt spreading activity across Somerset which I've found useful in deciding whether or not to get the Chim out of the garage.

Just search for @somersetgritter for up to date info on the network.

Hope some find useful.

Jack

rain all week before the weekend and temps above zero, that should wash the salt off smile

plymouthroads is another twitter account that updagtes you on when they're gritting.

I'd be surprised if Devon CC and most other Councils don't have one too.
