We may be converting a house in the next year we own, and would require in the new year and good architect

Can anyone recommend one they have used. I've not personally ever dealt with one.

So any help would be grateful

cheers

Hi Matt,

I put the same request up on here a year ago. A very helpful, fellow PH'er, called Craig got in touch and we are now in the throws of building smile

The company is called Lacey Alexander. Our house was quite difficult given its proximity to a listed building, but both Verity and Craig have been brilliant at winning over planning and we are now well into the build.

Couldn't praise them enough!

Many thanks for the reply.
We have a house connected to our business that we want to "un-connect" from the business and possibly use as 2 large flats.
The only downside is no access for off street parking but their is plenty of access for parking close by and access to public transport.

I'll look into them cheers

Matt,

Good to hear you are going to have a chat with them. They have had our back from the start and really have worked hard to get as close as we could hope for given the listed building. You certainly wont be disappointed if you take them on!
