As there appears to be a fair bit of interest in another TR, I thought I'd start a new thread so it doesn't get lost in a 6yr old thread smile

I'll most likely change the route a bit compared to what we normally do, for a few reasons...
The idiot in red trousers and his 20mph could make trying to stay together through alot of Bristol difficult.
One of the tunnels now seems to have quite a few pedestrians who don't like cars!

I'll get out and about over the next weekend or 2 and finalise a route, so will most likely be in early September.

So, who's interested smile

As long as I'm in the UK I'll be there.
The toy should be here by then and it'll be nice to hear it!

Guys from an ex London Tunnel runner I'd be inclined to keep the date/time/route private between people participating for obvious reasons.
We ran many a run with no problems at all, but you can imagine what could happen, and it did for a few people who did the Hindhead A3 tunnel the day it opened who openly planned on here a run. Just be careful....

I normally do. I've been arranging the Bristol ones for around 6yrs now after getting the bug from attending some of the LTRs. Unfortunately we don't have tunnels anywhere near as good as Londo, but we still have fun with what we have smile

Looks like it's closed until December!! May have to do some serious route re-thinking!

We shall have to just do avon street and miss out cattle market road

Avon street will be short but it's built up so the noisey car's can make some noise

Im thinking this year of heading off in front with the gopro to film some of the footage from tunnel to tunnel if I can .but will sort something out closer to the time

In the interest of balance to all you open-pipe fatass I6/v8 hooligans I might have to bring along the smallest-displacement car of the day.

It does rev freely past 12K5 though...
