Hartwell Jaguar Bristol

Anyone had any experience dealing with them? I'm trying to find my Dad a nearly new XF and he would rather have an approved used warranty so Hartwells is the most local dealer to him.
If you've had bad experience please PM me as I don't want to get in trouble with the name and shame rules.

I've been using them for about 4.5 years. Service side are excellent (Andy/Erika, especially). Only just bought one of their cars (an XK) and the sales chap I dealt with was fine.

You'll get a 2 years manufacturer warranty on all their cars up to 5 years old. I got 2 years free servicing included on top, too.

I'm not a Jaaag person but a good friend is. He's used them for 10+ years and can't fault them, though there are cheaper alternatives out there. He pays top dollar for servicing but reckons it's worth it.

Hartwell Bristol have serviced all three of my XKR's and I cannot recommend the service department highly enough - particularly Andy.

Sales - I strongly recommend you phone ahead and request an appointment with Chris Roberts - he's friendly, honest, casual and not at all pushy. (I don't know him personally!) I cannot say the same of the other sales guys there......

Been going there for 15 years now, We have all three jags serviced there. As above really. Erika and Andy are brilliant. Wayne Is also a top chap to do a deal with Yeah you pay top whack for servicing but it is worth it.
