Hi all,

I was just wondering if anyone fancied a meet and drive on Sunday, it's looking dry, and allegedly the sun may even make an appearance!
I was thinking of my usual Mendips drive after meeting up, probably at the Lillypool café: http://www.lillypoolcafe.co.uk/

So, does anyone want to join me?

If you are looking for something car related to do this weekend then go to Thruxton.
Its their Easter revival, and last year it was really really enjoyable.

Im going tomorrow.

I'll be taking the F355 so I don't really want to sit on the M5 to get there and back, hence the countryside drive option. I'll probably just head out and about with the Mrs tbh, as most peeps seem to be heading up to the Salmon. Enjoy the Easter weekend smile

A friend and I are thinking of going to cheddar for lunch, more than welcome to tag along as long as you don't mind being seen with a Civic Type R and an Auti TT! On a serious note though we are thinking of heading up midday maybe just after, would be great to see the 355. Likewise if anyone else is up for it!

Just took a look at that cafe you posted, we stopped there on a cycle last year and had a great breakfast so more than happy to go there for food.

Hi Nick, sounds good to me. Where are you guys meeting? I've got a friend coming up in his drag race spec Monaro too, so we should have a good little run! I'll confirm later, as we've got family things to do tomorrow, but not until late afternoon I don't think, so 12 should work perfectly.

Change of plan, due to our lunch time plans changing! Meeting in the bottom of the gorge now. At around 1245.

Nice to meet you James and Duncan. The soundtrack of the 355 made my bank holiday weekend!

Likewise, good to meet you all for a blat up the gorge. We also had a great afternoon in Weston Super Mare with a Classic Car Show on the seafront.

It is tempting, haven't been to a rally in a few years, will be sure to let you know if I decide to pop along.

It was nice to meet you guys. It was a good little drive, I meant to say that we'd be taking a slightly odd route to Weston, due to the 355 being unable to go over the mountainous speed bumps in Banwell! I'm glad you enjoyed the noise, it is pretty special!
