I am finalising the details for the "Pre Bash Run".

In order to consider the best location for lunch, I need to have some idea of numbers.

If you are planning to attend, please post a message or send me an email.

Run overview:

Meet at Deer Park Country Hotel, Honiton 10:30 am (Sat 29/1/05).
Leave Honiton no later than 11.00am.
Run to Portland Bill (weather permitting).
Returning to Dear Park Hotel during the afternoon, with an ice cream / tea stop maybe in Lyme Regis (or similar).

Long term weather forecast may have an impact on the route - no-one wants to drive across to Portland in a gale! - but there will be a run of some nature.

Seven cars confirmed so far (eight including Dave).

As I write, the long term forecast is cloudy, but dry!

Should be a good day for a run.

Despite some of the demeaning comments on other post regarding this event, we are gonna PARTY with the REAL supporters.

I Think Daves sorting the clothes and chairs out, quite an extensive collection of Cardys and tank tops. Hopefully he will be bringing some Vodka and music back from his business trip. What do the Russians need double glazed this time?

Numbers haven't increased from 8, so I am NOT going to book lunch.

Gives us more flexibility, and places shouldn't be too busy this time of year.

Simon

I suppose that now I have made this decision, loads of people will turn up. Such is life.

Although I'm no longer a paid up member of the TVRCC would it be ok if I came along for just the drive out to the Bill? It'd be a nice chance to take the griff out for a blast as its going away for one or two weeks the day after for its front end respray.

Bad news is that Dave is back, tried having him arrested in Russia but they soon realised who he was. Good news is that he brought back a case of Vodka and is busy making Jelly Vodka shots for the bash as I write!!! If the weather stays the same going to have a great run on Saturday and Sunday!
Meeting Dave after work on Friday for 's, anybody else coming along on Friday?

No problem Jamie, may even convince you to rejoin the TVRCC.

Need to be at the Deer Park Hotel around 10:30.

Give me a call if you want to go over there together.

The 3 Griffs with GRF plates have been spotted on Weymouth seafront, I would have brought mine down if I knew, it could have done with the run.

Grouch.

Outstanding weekend. Top Venue top run. Memebers from D&C, Somerset, Bristol and even ventured into Dorset for the Saturday Run. Great bunch of people. Can't wait to see that Tuscan II! Dave pulled it off again, looking forward to next years and hopefully some others inbetween.
