Hi I live in bristol and need a total refurbishment on my wheels and were wondering if there where any companies out there that were recommended could do with a donor set so my car is not off the road

Platinum wheels in Swindon. Had a few wheels refurbished and did a excellent job.

We had a good experience with MyAlloys in Bristol. Had 4 Elise alloys stripped back to metal, change of colour and obviously removal/refit of tyres. All spot on. They even painted the weights to match the wheel colour.
Only thing I can't comment on is the availability of donor wheels, but they're pretty helpful, so worth a call to ask.

Just had one set of wheels refurbed by MyAlloys and they did a good job. One slight blemish which they are going to sort next week. I currently have another set of split rims with them and they seem to know what they are talking about.

I can second this, fantastic work. Plenty of pictures if needed.

+1 for Platinum Alloys. Did a great job on my Porsche wheels and on a set of Golf ED30 alloys.

They also have donor wheels, if they are a common enough size and fit.
