Removal Company recs

Hi all,

Anyone got any good recs for removal companies they'd care to offer? We're almost at the exchange of contracts stage so I'm starting to look around for someone to do the removals. Not a huge move distance wise (just outside Frome -> Hilperton) but want a good service & good value for money.

Bishops Move/Easy Move are currently our top UK Domestic movers; http://bishopsmove.com

I've also used them recently for storage and delivery out for my mum.

We had Armishaws do our last move.

Go for the packing service. There's nothing better than sitting on a deckchair with a beer watching some other bugger do all the hard work!

I just moved using a company called UK Removals and Packing. It was a bit of a punt as they were the cheapest quote (they have only been going a year or so, and are trying to expand/win business) but they were all top blokes and everything went swimmingly. No extras in the price, and they cling wrap/bubble wrap everything and dismantle/reassemble beds, tables etc. Highly recommended. Based in South Wales but they do travel apparently.

We moved back in Feb...

GB Liners were very good. They oouldnt take any payment until the very last minute "just in case" of any unforseen delays...but remained commited throughout. Very efficient and curtious knowing that its one of lifes stresses.
