FCM Alignment - Bristol , latest reviews?

Anyone know what the going the going rate is for an alignment?
I went to one place with hunter alignment, some readings in red but after a few tweeks all green, which intheory should be all set but I've read it's not as easy as that; as I've still got issues
I've replaced tie rod assembly as they were seized to alter the toe adjustment up front
Issues I have
Car is pulling to left , could be deteriorated tyres
Steering wheel still not straight after several attempts, but better than before
If I hold the steering wheel straight is car goes to right a bit
So not enjoying the drive.
Read Lee is good there, so will probably give it ago there and see if he can fix the above
Luckily I didn't pay too much for original alignment so happy to try somewhere else as long as they are good

Went there last week for shocks, bushes & alignment - John the owner is very good, knows his stuff and has never steered me wrong with the evo mods. Prices are competitive as he doesnt have the huge overheads and premises of other places. I'd recommend them.
After the above work, my alignment bill was £105, so i guess it needed alot of adjustment. Drives like a new car again now

Unless there's another place very near by then I had an experience I was less than happy with involving much hammering to remove a guide pin from my BMW.
What was that for?Was that for the alignment though?
Young asian lad did the job but admitted to being "in a hurry to get off to a mates wedding".
Rounded off the pin and then asked me to come back another day! I said I didnt really have time to go and come back again and he was visibly annoyed at this. He ended up beating the crap out of the pin with a hammer, which seemed rather crude and has left the area in a bit of a mess.
I go elsewhere now.
ive never really had a problem with fcm the mapped my car and are always busy .yes its very small work shop but john the owners spends alot of late nights there woring on cars trying to keep his customers happy.there are sometimes you may have to leave your car there for a few days but if you want the job done right and have used him before sometimes its worth waiting for
