Trailing arm bush (large one) Ford Galaxy Mk3

Had a squeak on the rear for some time. Located to the large bush on the trailing arm.

Ford want to replace the whole trailing arm for >£700!! >

Question is has anyone had these replaced after market?
(A gander on the internet would suggest it's possible with this tool http://www.lasertools.co.uk/item.aspx?cat=1095&amp... )

Anyone know of an repairers around Bristol that would do this job?
