This is a really good event, been there past two years & seems to be getting better each year!
No TVR this year for me, still worth the trip down though.
Also the Mark Classic car show is a really nice little event, not sure when its on or have I missed it ?
I think the Mark show was last weekend, sorry! No TVR this year for me, still worth the trip down though.

Agree with the above posts though, normally a great turn out for this one

"Display" cars are in a separate area to general public parking. They usually try and park similar models together. We've been loads of times and never had any problems.
So if you just turn up on the day do they make yours a "display" car if its something worth looking at ?wessexrfc said:
Yes, you should be fine, one of the best events I go to on a regular basis, they even made a Noble sign just for me Unfortunately the Noble is off the road currently, will try to get there in the Wife's Bentley.
Ah at least this year I wont get home to look at Nobles in the classifieds! Your car always looks great.Bigger than ever, generally a good show, did see one guy retrieve his front bumper from his GTR on entry to the display area, anyone else think it was more rutted than normal??!!
Only points I'd make would be:
1) More food, think the tent ran out of bacon by 12ish when we went, but more supplies could've been on their way!
2) If they could roll the field and remove the sheep a few weeks before, that would be great. If it meant a small entrance fee or donation that could then go towards said farmer moving sheep and a roll of the field??
3) Disabled toilets would be great, had hell of a job getting my friend into the toilet!!
These are only my thoughts and I'm not criticising. I know how much work it is, but the sheep "droppings" were everywhere!! Other than that, a very good effort and thanks again to all those who made it happen!!!
Sorry I couldn't bring my car (some else in their Noble turned up!!)
On the bright side, at least the farmer didn't have bullocks in the field a few days before the show!!

FFS guys !!!!!!
It's a free show and all the organisers and marshals give their time for free.
If they start charging (no matter how small that may be) you start getting into all sorts of legal niceties, health and safety regulations and so on. Then the whole thing snowballs with entry and exit times and it becomes more rigid.
The beauty of Thornfalcon is how relaxed it is with people coming and going when they want.
If you were unhappy yesterday then don't bother coming next year then you won't have to put up with everything that was wrong!! (Rant over )
ETA - the traffic queues were due to the road to Henlade being closed and a diversion on plus the fact a lorry burnt out on the A358 just off the M5 junction
