OK so which of these have you had the least hassle with, Tetbury seemed ok for my MOT the other day but werent an overly helpful or knowledgeable bunch and gave me a poultry A1 as a courtesy car. I'm starting to think as the cars out of warranty take it to a good indie like Dialynx in Swindon?

Not hugely impressed by Tetbury, but only been in twice. For an indie, I can't recommend Neil Garner highly enough. I've seen his PetrolTednesses car there, so he must be OK!

If keeping Audi stamps is key though, they seem to be offering fixed price services and genuine parts price matches, so that may help.

Tetbury - overall not impressed with them but was a few years ago before they got their new (s)wky showroom, part of the inchcape group but won't use them.
Bath - were okay before Mon Motors bought them and move to the middle of nowhere, not impressed with them after the operations manager left a few years ago.
Swindon - have been okay but seem to take a harder financial line on goodwill now, maybe due to expensive new dealership, part of the inchcape group.

Not much experience of Dialynx but I know someone who has used them with positive comments but I like the vehicle collect/return service from the dealer but only for servicing as repairs are too expensive due to very high labour rates.

Cheers for your input guys, just after the belt doing & brake fluids.. A good indie should be ok for this, eh?

I have always found Parklands to be every good. Previously Gloucester now in Cheltenham. Stratford on Avon are sometimes a tad cheaper though and much cheaper for 4 wheel alignment

I (reluctantly, mainly due to convenience of location to me) have taken my RS 6 (C5) to Bristol Audi for regular servicing.

Took it in for a healthcheck the other day and they missed a significant oil leak at the rear of the transfer box. The tyre-fitters / alignment chaps at Protyre spotted it before it was even 1/2 way up on their ramp. This was after driving straight from Audi to Protyre so leak didn't happen on that 15min journey!

They also consistenly ignore my requests NOT to give the car a free wash (I'm a bit odd about letting other people wash my car with gritty sponges!).

Newbury Audi are going to fix the oil leak for me (and hopefully, NOT wash it afterward!).

Not used any other SW Audi people.

Only other place I use are MRC Tuning based in Banbury. V highly recommended from owners of all high-performance Audis, but not as convenient as a SW-based place.

I've had it done at dialynx. Pretty good price and perfectly happy with the work and dealing with them, appreciate for cars in warranty this probably isnt an option.
