Bristol Curry comes to Gloucester
Discussion
As promised, I have been researching in Gloucester; and let me tell you, it's been HARD work
The best one I have found (and I think its the best as it is so different & tasty!) is Aroma http://www.aroma-gloucester.co.uk/
So, when are you coming to visit? (I'm here M-W inclusive; can't do w/c 30th June or 7th July)
Alternatively, there is Tiger's Eye http://www.theoldbell-tigerseye.co.uk/ Whilst not curry, it IS worth a visit

There's 2 in Dursley but haven't been to either in years!
Stroud, I like the Thai place by the station, but don't know about Injuns...
Nailsworth (just throwing it out there) both The Passage and t'other one are pretty good and The Village (pub) makes for a good meeting place with plenty of chewy beers.

The Passage used to be great. Not been there in years, used to be my fall-back watering hole whilst my village pub was closed.Stroud, I like the Thai place by the station, but don't know about Injuns...

Always thought that Dil Raj in Dursley did a good curry.

How about the curry house in Thornbury? I think its the Mumtaz, I've not been but somehow seem to think that it's OK.
Been a year or two since I've gone there for a takeaway, but they've always been good in the past. May get an up to date sample over the bank holiday weekend, depending on how lazy I am about cooking!Haven't actually eaten in since I previously lived in Alveston, about 20 years ago.
