Anyone interested in workshop space / storage rental?

I'm looking for a garage/workshop to rent so I can end the torture of working on my driveway in the rain, having tools cluttering the house etc. (there's a thread asking how to find suitable places in this section)

Really struggling to find somewhere suitable that is reasonably priced - but have found a place that would be big enough to store/work on multiple cars at once for a very reasonable price.

So, would there be any demand for renting space for working/storage for short/long term if the price was right? Looking at facilities in Gloucestershire at the moment.
