Breakfast meet Somerset/NorthSomerset/Devon

Fairly new to this, but like the idea of meeting up for food, fast cars and good roads, so gauging interest as to the above. Suggest beginning of March, maybe 1st or 2nd? Based near Taunton, but willing to travel. Am thinking Cheddar, or Minehead road, either would be good for a blast afterwards. If I can get 5 or more i'll sort out an eatery.

I'm about 12 miles east of Yeovil

I'd be up for a little breakfast meet to look at some cars but not the drive as I only ride a bike.

Although it could be fun to follow a few nice cars I suppose as long as bikers aren't frowned upon

Hi I'm also fairly new to this, not ever met up with any fellow PHers before, just other V-Dubbers. I'd be up for it (depending on date). My mk2 Golf GTi isn't exactly rapid but it's a great B-road car.

Looks like rthere are a few up for this then . Will def try if I'm alowed out and its dry, if not I will have to have daily.

OT a bit but DubNut, did you ever meet up with the vw club in taunton? I went a few times in an old green beetle I had at the time but there were never many turn up, or at least there were not many when I went that just may of been a sign

I had a look and i'm sure it's well over 100miles each way for me to get there!
Seems extravagant to use a tank and a half of fuel for breakfast

Anyone thinking of partaking in said nosh up, feel free to make suggestions, I'm near Bridgwater (please note - that is NEAR Bridgwater, not IN ), but am willing to travel, date, well, whens everyone free? Beginning of each month is good for me as payday is 28th!

Cheddar works for me, 1st March & 10.30am also works.

Do you mean march the 1st? Should be fine by me but possibly a little earlier to avoid some of the traffic perhaps?

That's my 2p anyhow but sounds good otherwise!
