I would very much appreciate people stepping forward to be marshals. I approached the local Lions club but they have their own big event the same day, and it looks now that the hospice are struggling to find volunteers.

I was hoping this year we could find some non-PH helpers so they didn't mind missing some of the day.

Happy to be at the main entrance, get to say hi to everybody and see all the cars. Me and Giles will have to have our own separate convoy up!!!

Pete, I think the idea is to welcome people in, not scare them off!!! I feel the rear field marshal would be more fitting. I'm not being mean, just thinking of the children!!! hehe

You just like being at the main entrance to mock people when their cars blow up in the queue.

I guess the Pistonheads Marshals want to be involved in the cars and car parking !
Non-Ph volunteers can do the raffle !!!!! wink

I will happily stand at the entrance, particularly if you can let us rattle a bucket and request dontations on the way in. This worked very well at Pauls (wessexrfc) event last year and you could easily add 50% to your final charity figure.
Anyway, whatever you need. I can offer help.
