Hi PHs. I'll be needing a Conveyancer soon for a house purchase and sale. Can anyone out there give a recommendation please? I'm quite new to the area so would appreciate the help. Thanks in advance.

I've used Nicola Banks at Mogers in Bath for several property transactions in the last few years. She's amazingly efficient and good at getting the other parties Solicitor to get a move on. Not the cheapest, but sensibly priced and I've recommended her to friends who were equally impressed.
She was originally recommended to me by friend.
