Anyone up for a meet : Sunday 27th October?

As in the title....anyone interested in a meet on Sunday 27th October. Thought about meeting at 9.30am at Roadford Reservoir (near Lewdown) have a bite of breakfast then go out for a drive. Great roads to choose from in that area.....

Great idea Val ! Yeh, put me on the list. The A-roads around Roadford are really good. Myself & Tony(quantum kit-car) have driven from Whiddon Down Services via several 'A's to the reservior a few times. I recommend it !! The A388 from Launceston to Holsworthy is ideal for a blast (even in a MX5 !).

Have spoken to Roadford Reservoir Cafe and they are willing to open up for us at 9.30 as opposed to their normal opening time of 10am. They just asked for idea of numbers which i've said i'll confirm the wednesday before.

Steve, glad you know the area too, you can help me finalise the route. I have one planned but am a bit unsure of one road, which I will endeavour to drive before the day. But should I fail i'll call upon your knowledge :-D

As much as im a kit-car fan, i think trying to fit in the P/Heads meeting at Roadford & a visit to Westpoimt is a little ambitious. As were meeting at 9.30 , having brekkie then driving, we wouldnt get to the show until lunchtime. I think it would be good to support Japqueen in her drive, especially as this could be our last get together for a while.

For those who want to go to the kit car show could still come for brekkie then drop back to the A30 which is 2minutes down the road from the Roadford and waz up to Westpoint. Just a thought...
