Looks like he simply lost the back end and spun off into a wall/hedge at the top of Redhill. Police were on the scene by the time I drove past with no sign of the owner. Hope they were ok. Take care out there people!

BTW Does an s2k have traction control & ESP?

It can't counter for for fools though - Stop by any BMW forum to see how many people disable DSC+T (or whatever they call it) whenever they drive because they think they don't need it and they'll go faster. Who are you kidding?


Usually they then come back all sheepish saying they lost the back end and 'couldn't control it' (duh), and from now on they'll leave it switched on.


Personally I reckon those who think Mercedes-Benz are idiots because their ESP can't be fully disabled and will still save you if you get really out of shape are accidents waiting to happen too.


It's all very well thinking you're cool until you crash.
