Castle Combe Spring Action Day 27/04/13

Anyone going?

I've organised a stand, and due to some mixing up and changes, have 3 entry tickets in to the venue spare. £10 each if anyone wants one / them. Also includes 2 vouchers for "bacon bap & cup of tea for £3.50 before 9am"

Please note these are just adult entry tickets and you will either need a stand pass or public parking for your car, and its definitely not for any track time either.

Hey buddy I'm going but not on a stand i have a Legnum Vr4 and was looking for somewhere to put it although i wouldn't need entry tickets as i'm a regular at castle combe and have a season pass but would a Leggie look out of place on your stand??

In a stand full of Skodas? Just a bit. There must be an Evo club of some sort going?

I have no more entry tickets available by the way, just in case someone still thought I could get them one.

There'll be a bunch of 30 Skodas on track @ 2pm. Will not be the most entertaining of track sessions....

I am moderately hopeful of at least calm weather. Looks to be high pressure building from the west at the end of the week.

First time in a decade I won't be going. Just can't be bothered now. The Classic & Spprtscar day is far nicer even if the track is far more likely to be covered in various leaking fluids

Just had a look on the Castle Combe facebook page where they have posted a picture of the 'car of the show'....a sticker bombed Saxo!

It was defntely an odd choice for 'car of the show' at a performance action day
I saw some pics of the car and as far as I could tell, the ink real mods to a somewhat slow Saxo are stickers
You're right though, comments are very funny
