MOT tester Bristol

Evening chaps,

The time has come to get the MX5 MOT'd. I've never had to use a garage in Bristol before, so can anyone recommend somewhere? I'm tempted to use the council's place, since they won't have any tested interest in passing or failing the car. On the other hand, if there is something wrong I'm not aware of, having the car somewhere it can conveniently be fixed would be a bonus.

I use Ashton Motor care http://www.ashtonmotorcare.co.uk/ My Lotus is in for an MOT this Weds its never failed in the last 4 yrs so fingers crossed , been using them for 15yrs with no concerns

Unfortunately, Pete the Thief is no longer trading. You have to take your car to most places now. I used to prefer receiving my MOT in the post, for a small consideration. That's progress for you.

my friend owns cairns road garage.. small local place, he doesn't do MOTs on site but can arrange. If any work is needed he can do it for you.

Just had my TVR MOT'd at Ashton Motor Care...... and it passed!!!!!!!
Nice guys, one of them mentioned they'll be taking a Smart Car to Queens Square next time round with a GSX R1000 motor! Look out for them.
