Anyone able to recode a VAG module?

I've a 2011 Polo GTI and I've recently bought a bike rack for it. The problem is that the rear wiper automatically starts when the vehicle is put in reverse - obviously a problem when there's a bike rack on there.

Anyhow, where could I get a re-code done in the Bristol area?

I can do it, but I am down in Exmouth. However, I will be passing on Thursday around 2.30pm I think so could meet at Gordano or similar. Only a 2 minute job to code it.
