Right then,

Weather looks good. Fingers crossed this'll extend to tomorrow.

I'm off work for a couple of days.

Who fancies a hoon up Wales direction?

Sam

Late reply and short notice, but if you'd like a passenger / guide / driving coach for a few hours then I'm around.

Sorry, would have been good but I got tricked into taking my mum on a shopping trip instead.

Great weather now too frown

I feel your pain, blagged a couple of hours off this morning to spruce up the Jag and ended up taking mother shopping for flooring! Now back in the office and can see an utterly gopping motor parked outside...

The bd roof on my car won't go down either. I can forgive its many foibles, but doing that on the first sunny day of the year... Gah

Not to worry - hopefully there'll be plenty more opportunities this year. I had a nice afternoon wandering around the Chew Valley instead.

Funnily enough I ended up driving through the Chew Valley today down to Clarks Village- A lovely couple of hoons on the great roads down there eased the pain of the shopping in the middle!

An informal "test drive" would be much appreciated at some point. My police driving ninja skills are fading somewhat since the course many years ago now. It also was never designed around powerful rear wheel drive vehicles.

The G-force detector on my new dashcam is getting some use though... The car sounds lovely on the video.

The horn wasn't completely necessary since I was more than able to stop- Although I didn't want to have to pass him afterwards. Cheery waves all round though.

Many, many years ago my driving instructor told me " the horn should be used to warn of your approach, not announce your arrival" hehe
