Thanks!

Is someone holding the phone for you or do you actually need someone to go out to a mooring to get it?

Silly question, I guess, if someone had it they could send it to you! I'll get my coat.

Unfortunately, it's on the boat on a river mooring.

Sorry to hear that. My best bet for borrowing a mate's boat is out of the water for the winter too.
Good luck.

I do but its out of the water

I had that lovely call from the marina last week.......errr......your boat is sinking ! They are drama queens but I had to lift it out and fit new bellows.

Doesnt really help does it.

If I were you, ring the Anchorstone cafe at Dits'm and they will go get it for you (for a small fee). They run the Dits'm boat hire and have some 'rag & stick' dinghys too - so something would be available for them to use. I reckon if you offer £30 they would do it for you.

Alternative, ring the DHNA - Mike looks after Dits'm area and lives in Stoke Gabriel so he could get it easily.
Hope that helps.
