Bristolians -- B&B recommendations!

I may need a B&B/Hotel around J16 M5

Are there any that you would recommend please?

It would be for 4 nights/week & cheap but not cheap & nasty!!!!

Somewhere you would stay/recommend to family

plenty of generic hotels in bristol centre.. being from bristol i've had no need to stay in any of them though!
id say raddison blu would be a better choice without going nuts price wise, or hotel du vin if works paying!

We had a friend that we couldn't accomodate stay here recently, and she liked it a lot. Not that cheap though, although you may be able to negotiate something. It's also J17 rather than J16, but it's only five minutes diference.

There are some B&Bs on the A38 quite close to the Motorway junction, but they look pretty grim. I'd have a look at what TripAdvisor recommends to the North - Thornbury and surroundings aren't too far, and are likely to be nicer than North Bristol.

Hi Ali,

If you're looking for something a more B&B like and cheaper as it will be long term, my compnay has used these people before and we have arranged 3-4 month stays at cheaper rates than advertised on their website...
