Anybody used or heard of these bodyshops?

Small non fault insurance claim, bumper needs repairing and spraying. Insurance company has offered these 4 bodyshops to me. All are of a similar distance, just wondered whether anybody has heard anything about them before I choose the most convenient.

Motor Bodies Weston have a reputation for good work - can be busy but then you would not eat in and empty restaurant - speak to Nick say Andy with the TVR Chimaera said you would do a good job - Andy

central bodyshop have a very bad rep.
i know someone who works at wbc and have used him in the past, very very good for a 'non specialist' bodyshop. if i could guarantee it was him doing the work id recommend him without question.

I come from Yeovil, never had any paint from ford though. If you can get Yeovil Motor Company in Yeovil to do the paintwork, they are good. Had some work done on my M3 with them. They do all BMW's work. Very good

Thanks for your help chaps. Have motor bodies from Weston coming to have a look tomorrow. Sound like a decent outfit.
