Just had a call from my kid brother, took him over 3 hours to get from Worle, WSM to around Bristol Airport (he works in Bristol) due to massive flooding all around the area.

Be careful out there people...

Bath's pretty soggy too. I took the Caterham in this morning and had a bow-wave at one point hehe Less amusing was the wipers deciding they'd had enough with about a mile still to go frown

Similar story in East Devon/South Somerset. Three aborted attempts to get to work via different routes. My usual 50 minute journey took me nearly 1 hour 40.

A little moist hereabouts too.
Serious risk of aquaplaning on clearly flooded roads yet many knob-heads driving at break-neck pace. I just hope they don't take out me or anyone I know when they finally come to grief. Feckwits.

Flooded completely in Portbury this morning so no-one from Nailsea direction could get on the motorway. Also flooded on beggar bush I think and out towards Barrow Gurney - traffic was a tad busy...
