Long time lurker here in the South West but I have attended one of the curries once which was excellent. Hoping to get along to more of the runs and curries now as I have a car that can enter car parks etc without scraping. Ordered a PH smiliey on Friday for the back.

The cars fairly standard with NASCAR cut outs fitted before the cat and the Monkfish road response pack. No realy plans to upgrade/change anything apart from the wheels to the newer 6.0 wheels.

Already had a few stares, pictures taken and even a nice drive by rev from a Jag XK. Seems the V8 makes everyone smile not just me.

Never put pics up before so I hope it works

Only a couple from the way home but looking forward to getting out and get some proper pictures.

I already think it's probably the best all rounder car I have had, the only thing I would say that is comparable in luxury and power is my old Fairlady Z but this has more power and a usable boot and back seats.

Very nice. I was chatting to a guy with one of those at Infinity Exhausts - to own one is to love one, it seems.
Keep us posted re the new rims.

Wasn't me, I havn't been down that way in it yet. Spent Saturday driving back from Doncaster where I picked her up. That was fun putting half a tank in at £70 and then Sunday mainly round Nailsea, Clevedon way.

Hopefully get along to a meet it any are happening? Bit annoyeD I just missed the tunnel run, that looked like great fun.

I suspect AV8 is on next Sunday, but that tends to be a meet, sit and eat brekkers kinda thing.

Thanks for that Grover, I will have to consider that one if the weather is good. Are you going up?

I'm only a maybe, as per. Sunday mornings are for a lie in/the gym/cleaning car - a short jaunt to Kemble for breakfast does not rank highly I'm afraid, although when I have gone there it's been well attended and some interesting cars.

Thanks, the sound is incredible. My family and Wife can only describe it as it sounds exactly like Lightning McQueen. The nice thing with the cut outs is in can be nice and with a quick press of the button it can be anything in between that or full NASCAR.

Stop getting carried away Neil you will have to wait a few months

Want to hear that with open pipes tho - awesome. Ive been very tempted by a VXR twice now, im destined to get one but for the last change i wanted something lighter compared to my previous jag.

Lee, as your car is the best car I've heard, on the over run, two sounds like a very good idea indeed.

Shinobi the challenge is there, hopefully see you at a SW meet soon.

I'm defo up for a south west meet, should be great fun. A sound off would be excellent as well, will have to bring my video camera.

Where about are you Yertis? I haven't seen a Monaro for quite a while in the area but I work in Bristol until the end of the month so not really about much. All change next week though, new job so hence the new toy.
