I`m just west of Poole. There were a few runs out called "Dorset Dawdle" but none recently.

Came close to buying a M5. Didn't get round to driving one, but I understand they are an excellent all-rounder. Also fancied a Cerbera, but as an everyday car and what with all the horror stories I thought better of it. I do love the sound of a TVR, esp V8. Besides, I promised myself a 911 before I was 30 (just turned 28), for me it's one of those cars you must own once in your lifetime.
A blast one early morning sounds good.

JT It's not a Cave it’s a Cavern. Sorry it’s taken me so long to reply to this thread been in a touch of pain.

I live in the Poole area but so far have not met many PH members. I met big treacle two weekends ago stuck in the petrol station with starter motor problems, AAAhhhh the joy of TVR ownership.

How about a midweek meet?

If anyone fancys naming a W/E, I'm up for it.maybe get a run together for the revival?

would love to see how the Tiv or M5 would stack up to the 911 (within limits obviously) thought about the 996 many a time but didn't like the handling when i drove one at Mallory, maybe it was a rogue one
