Hi all,

Anyone got a recommendation for someone to fit my Tom Tom wires in to the facia of the car (Saab 9-3 Conv) and to source and fit an iPod connector so that I have the wires all tucked away and not having to use the 12v adaptor? I live on the Dorset coast between Poole and Dorchester but could head north to Shaftesbury as a broad search area. I need someone who knows exactly what they are doing and can recommend and fit the right thing first time.

Much appreciated

Oli

Happy to fit hidden cables and wires behind fascias for you but I'm in Plymouth. To be honest, it's not hard. Give it a crack yourself, worst case you take it out again. Only cut holes in your dash where they can't be seen or get spare trim pieces from ebay to use and replace after.

If you want a separate power supply, you can connect direct to your battery (with a fuse obviously). If you want to be tidy, connect via your fusebox on an unused supply. There will be plenty of unused fuse holes.

Thanks For the offer Pete. Found a little specialist in Dorchester who will fit a Parrot to do the iPod, Bluetooth and the wires for the Tom Tom for £200.seems pretty reasonable given how much
H damage I might cause with a drill bit!
