SWPH Monthly - 12th September Event

Ladies and Gentlemen 
As per all the discussions and feedback the SWPH will alternate between Sunday mornings and Mid week evenings. As such I wish to announce the 2nd "SWPH Monthly" meet.
WEDNESDAY 12TH SEPTEMBER - The Bearslake Inn @ 7.30pm
For those of you who are unfamiliar with the location or the venue, please visit http://www.bearslakeinn.com/location.asp
The pub has superb food, plenty of parking and is in a central Devon Location, easily reached from Plymouth, Cornwall and Exeter directions.
For the journey to the venue, may I suggest a couple of meeting points:
EXETER SERVICES 6.30pm (Depart by 6.45)
PLYMOUTH HALFORDS/HOMEBASE 6.30pm (Depart by 6.45)
DIRECT TO BEARSLAKE INN (Arrive by 7.30)
Please specify which location you will be meeting at in the sign up list below
I will book a table at the venue for us (hence sign up numbers are important) for 7.45pm.
After a bite to eat, we can have a 30 mile drive
around the area or head home depending on the weather. I am an optimist so will produce some maps !
Any ideas for a route would be greatly appreciated, approx 30-40 miles and upto an hour, preferably ending back at Sourton Services to regroup before departing.

As im away on holiday around this date I wont be available for this drive. But, on my return im helping Tony (SW Kit-cars) organise a drive on the following Sunday.(16th Sept). We will meet at ASDA Newton Abbot at 10am for tea,coffee / breakfast, then set off at 10.30am. Then go for a drive that starts off as a coastal drive to Teignmouth,Dawlish & Dawlish Warren then goes across country to Haldon Forest. Then a brief trip on to the moors and finishing at Widdicombe in the moor.
Good place for a drink or may be a cream tea !!
A drive of about 50 miles on smooth roads Devon tarmac.

Can you post this up on a seperate thread please, otherwise it will get very confusing as to which event is being talked about. Totally understand the post, as we need to know about it, and its the correct audiance. I may be able to come along - just dont want to get confusing posts.

Passat again for me. Can't afford to bring the Porsche out much this month after the wheel bearing issue but I'll be there!
