Over an hour in the baking sun!!! But 48 frozen burgers in the boot of the car meant I couldn't hang around much longer, think the owner may have gone to Kingsholme as Glos were playing Cardiff.

Had a chat with the parking attendent who agreed it looked pretty conclusive... left a note with my mobile number on the windscreen ... but nothing as yet...

It will polish out but that's not the point - people like that shouldn't be on the road ...

Positive note was that the parking attendent was going to issue a £60 fine to the driver for exceeding the 90 minutes limit...

Did you report it to plod? St Oswalds is st for parking because the bays are too narrow.
